How to create
Marketing > Click on the message.
Click on Web Messages from the Create New button.
On the next screen, you can select a campaign template to send in a web message.
You can select a message type from the following

Set the campaign name and conversions.
We recommend that you name your campaign in a way that is easy for your operational members to recognize the content of the campaign.
Set the campaign name. It will appear in the list of messages.
Specify a conversion event
Up to two events can be specified as campaign goals, and the number of users who perform these events within 24 hours of the web message being displayed will be counted.
Configure delivery triggers
The delivery trigger allows you to control the display of the message.

A/B testing can be done by creating two or more patterns of messages.

There are two types: standard and custom.
Standard allows you to adjust the display position and color of the message, as well as the overlay.

Select when to display the message
You can control the timing of the message display. Page scrolling and page viewing time can be set depending on the use case.

Setting the display position of the message
Set the position on the page where the web message will be displayed.
There are three display types: Fixed on Window or Page, Fixed on Element, and Embedded.

Use the preview function to check
You can check the behavior of the message you created on the website.

Allocate the target audience to each pattern
You can change the ratio of messages delivered to control groups and patterns.

Configure delivery details
You can set the delivery period and frequency.

Configure the distribution target
Specifies the attributes and behavior of the user to whom the message is to be delivered.

Publish and save the message as a draft
You can set up a draft of the message at the bottom of the message composing screen to be saved, published or unpublished.

You can save a draft of a message.
Please note that if you create a custom message and save it as a draft and move it to another page in the admin screen, you will not be able to revert to the standard type.
