    Configure delivery triggers

    You can control the display of the message by delivery triggers. Depending on the use case, you can configure the following settings

    Notes

    If you want to trigger a new condition without using an existing event, create a new event when you select an event.

    Execute trigger at event execution

    Display a message when the specified event is executed.

    Type of trigger

    Select to run the event

    Trigger

    1. Specify an event from the first selection list
    2. Specifies the time of execution from the following selection list

    Execute the trigger by the total number of times the event has been executed

    When the specified event is executed a specific number of times, a message is displayed.

    1. Specify an event from the first selection list
    2. Specifies the total number of times to execute from the following selection list

    Conditions

    Total number of runs

    • The number can be specified from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 30.
    • You can specify the number of times in the following categories: "0th", "More than 0th" and "Less than 0th".

    Target period

    • You can specify either "in session" or "hour", "minute" or "second" duration
    • You can specify up to 3 hours
    • The period of time is backdated to the time when the event is newly executed
    • Example: If the event is executed at 15:00 on 3/15, if the period to be counted is "3 hours", the count will be made after 12:00 on 3/15

    Execute the trigger according to the value of the event property at the time of event execution

    Display a message if the specified event property has a specific value.

    2. Specify a key for event properties from the following selection list
    3. Specifies a value from the following selection list

    Conditions

    Specifies a value that is a conditional on the event property

    The comparison method can be selected from "Match with", "Disagree with", "Greater than or equal to", "Less than or equal to", and "Including" (string).

    Triggered by a set of user profiles

    When a user profile is set, a message is displayed if the value set is a specific value.

    Conditions

    • Value to be set
    • Specifies the value to be set
    • Available only if they match
    • You can't specify a pre-set value
    • The trigger will be executed even if the value is set to the same value as before
