How to use the preview function

You can use the web message preview feature to see the web message on the site before it is delivered.

When using the preview feature for the first time

1. On the message composition screen, press "Check Preview on Site".
   
2. Enter the URL of the site where you want the message to appear and press "Save".
   
3. Press "View on Site" or scan the "QR Code" with your smartphone.
   
4. You will see a preview of the message being created or edited.

For the second time and beyond

1. On the message composition screen, press "Check Preview on Site".
   
2. The last saved URL is displayed in the URL entry field; if you want to change the URL, enter the new URL and press "Update".
   
3. Press "View on Site" or scan the "QR Code" with your smartphone.
4. You will see a preview of the message being created or edited.

Points to keep in mind

• If you want to reflect your changes to the preview URL generated once, press "Update".
• No events are tracked and no non-preview messages are displayed on the site where the preview is displayed.
• The preview URL generated on the administration screen does not expire.
• The preview will not reflect delivery triggers or delivery target settings.
• Since the preview is controlled by query parameters, depending on the specification of the site, the query parameters may be removed in a redirect or the JavaScript library you are using may remove the query parameters after the transition. Note that the message preview is not displayed in these cases.
