Check the numbers with Funnel Analysis
In funnel analysis, you can easily see which funnel the user dropped-off.
How to check
Please go to ANALYTICS>FUNNEL
Click the name of the funnel you want to see.
You can see the graph of funnel on the next screen.
How to read the graph
The graph shows the rate of users who execute the event designated as a funnel.
See Create funnel analysis for the details.
In the graph above, out of 2,285 users who launched the app on November 25, 132 transitioned to the item list. You can see that 5 people have transitioned to item selection and 0 have transitioned to the item purchase screen.
Funnel analysis can also be displayed as a line chart.
You can also check the conversion rate. It is also possible to check the rate of the number of transitions by the users who triggered and the ones who dropped-off.
The funnel analysis measures the number of users who completed the transition between events based on the events set in the steps and the order of the steps.
Even if the steps are not performed in sequence, if the events are performed in the order in which they were set, the user is counted as having completed the transition.
