Create Push Notification
How to create
Please go to MARKETING>PUSH NOTIFICATION
Click CREATE NEW on this screen.
You can create campaigns to send with Push Notification on the next screen.
Campaigns
You can set the name for campaigns and goals for it.
Campaign name
This name can be seen from the list of push notifications.
In order for operation members to recognize the contents of the campaigns, we recommend you to set a simple name for the campaign.
The goal for event
By specifying the event for the goal of the campaign, you can check how many users have achieved the specified event within 1 hour after opening the push notification.
Message
You can create message contents.

For the details on patterns ,see A/B testing.
Push Notification types
You can choose from either of Standard and Custom(JSON) for the push notification type.
Title
You can set the title of the message. The name of the app will be shown when this is left blank.
Message
You set the main body text of the message.
NOTE/CAUTION/ WARNING
If the OS is older than Android 4.1,the message which exceeds one line might get omitted.
Rich notification media
You can attach rich media content such as image, video or audio to the message.
Image
Supported file formats:
- JPEG
- PNG
- GIF
NOTE
Animated GIF is only supported for iOS.
File size
Maximum: 1MB
Image size
- Aspect ratio: 2:1
- Width: Between 1280px and 3000px
How to attach
You can choose from uploading an image file or setting a URL of a hosted image.
Video
How to attach
You can set a URL of a hosted MP4 video file
NOTE
Video derivering is only supported for iOS
Audio
How to attach
You can set a URL of a hosted MP3 audio file
NOTE
Audio is only supported for iOS.
NOTE
- Rich notification media attachment is only available for iOS 10 and above and Android 4.1 and above. OS versions older than this will only show the message of the campaign.
- iOS: iOS: Additional setup is required to deliver notifications with rich media attachment. Please see the development guide for more details.
- Android: The message may be truncated when delivered with media content and the message body is longer than one line.
- Media attachments will be downloaded after the device receives the notification but there is a time limitation for the download as below.
- URLs only that start with https:// are allowed..
Deep Link or Web URL
You can specify a deep link or URL.
The assigned address will be opened by the SDK when the app user taps the notification with the deep link or the URL..
The specified page will open if a deep link is set, while with a URL the page will be opened within a browser. When left blank, the app will just launch.
NOTE
Character Limit for the deep link or URL is maximum 255.
Additional Options
Show Badge Icon
you can show a badge which indicates that the app has received a notification.
Please be noted that the badge can only show the number 1 using this feature.If you want to customize the number of badge, use custom (JSON) format.
You need additional implementations on the app if you wish to clear the badge after it's shown.Please see development guide beforehand.
Setting the sound of push notifications
You can set custom sound for the push notifications.
If you wish to use custom sound, fill out the audio file name. The system default sound of iOS will be used when the filename is left blank
NOTE
Settings under additional options form are only applied to iOS devices.
Preview of notifications
You can check the preview by switching to iOS and Android
NOTE
The notification in the preview page and in the actual notification ,it may look different. The app icon and app name set in the actual app will be used during distribution.

Delivery Settings
You can set the delivery time and frequency.
Delivery Type
You can choose either of scheduled delivery and Push API- Triggered Delivery.
Please see Send with using API for the details on how to send push notification with Push API.
Scheduling Options
You can choose to send at the specified time or to deliver immediately.
Set Delivery Schedule
You can choose the frequency of delivery from once, daily, or weekly.
Once
You can specify the delivery date and time.
Daily
You can specify the time of scheduled delivery, the delivery start date and delivery end date.
Weekly
You can specify the day of the week, time of day, and the start and end dates of the scheduled delivery.
Delivery Settings
You can specify target users by segmentation filters such as events and user profiles.
