Check the numbers with Funnel Analysis
With the funnel analysis, you can see at a glance which funnels users are leaving.
How to check
Click on analytics > funnel
Please click on the name of the funnel you want to see in this screen.

How to read the graph
It is possible to display the number of users and the percentage of users executing the events registered as a funnel.
For more information on how to create a funnel, please visit Create a funnel.
In the graph above, you can see that of the 2,285 users who started the session on November 25, 132 went to the item list, 5 went to the item selection and 0 went to the item purchase screen.
The funnel analysis can also be displayed as a line graph.
You can also check your conversion rate. You can also see the percentage of transitions by users who achieved and those who left.
Points to keep in mind
The funnel analysis measures the number of users who completed the transition between events based on the events set in the steps and the order of the steps.
Even if the steps are not performed in sequence, if the events are performed in the order in which they were performed, the user is counted as having completed the transition.
