    Create In-App messages

    How to create

    Please go to MARKETING >MESSAGING

    On this screen click CREATE NEW>In-App Message

    On the next screen you can select the message type you want to send for In-App Message.

    Message Type

    You can select the message type from the following.

    NOTE

    Please note that there are restrictions on the types of messages and colors that can be delivered depending on the SDK version you are using. The restrictions for each version are as follows.

    HTML(WebView)

    You can use the HTML (WebView) template of the in-app message. In-app message customization is a function that allows you to freely design in-app messages with HTML / CSS.

    • This function is designed to be used by those who have knowledge of HTML / CSS.
    • Currently, it is not possible to execute a script that dynamically changes the screen design, such as Java Script.
    • The animation for closing the message is set to the fade-out animation.
    • Some tags such as iframe cannot be used. (Currently, it is not possible to embed and play videos using video tags.

    Campaigns

    You can set the name of campaigns and the goal of events.

    We recommend that you give the campaign a descriptive name so that the operation members can easily recognize the content of the campaign.

    By setting conversion event, you can see how many users executed the specified event within 24 hours from the in-app message delivery

    You can create the content of the message.

    Delivery Settings

    Display Frequency

    you can set the display frequency.

    Message Display Trigger

    You can specify the event or user profile that triggers the display of the message.

    A message will be displayed when the specified event is executed or the user profile is changed.

    Messages that use this trigger type will not be displayed to users who are using Repro SDK iOS versions lower than 4.7.0 or Android versions lower than 4.4.0.

    Target user settings

    You can specify target users by segmentation filters such as events and user profiles.
