We will explain about the process from contract to start of use.
Success representative will have meetings with you and hear about how to use Repro App and also how to proceed in the future.
Initial Design Proposal
Based on the content of the interview at the time of kickoff, our Customer Success representative will formulate and propose the events and user profile to be tracked in Repro.
We will ask you to install SDK based on the initial design proposal. For details on SDK installation, refer to Installing SDK.

After SDK installation, the customer success in charge will give a lecture on the operation method from the operation of the management screen.
After the training period too, not only will we be able to respond to your inquiries, but our customer success representative will also provide regular support for operating Repro.
